Ride to Pappy & Harriets Pioneertown
posted: Wednesday, November 04, 2009
The club did a ride out to Pappy & Harriet's in Pioneertown last Saturday, November 1, 2009. After lunch, we continued through Joshua Tree National Monument, with a stop at Keys View.

On the way home, we rode through Box Canyon, and then up Hwy 74, splitting off at Paradise Corners, with some going home via Hwy 371, and others via Hwy 74 into Hemet.

A few of the club members stopped at Ocotillo Mexican Restaurant in Homeland for the Halloween Party.

About Us

The HeatWave Riding Club is a motorcycle riding club whose members call Southern California their home. We're not a motorcycle club, but a riding club focused on the enjoyment of riding motorcycles and the continued improvement of riding skills and techniques.

Our goal is to promote the pasttime of motorcycle riding, racking up lots of miles, seeing lots of countryside, and getting the most out of the enjoyment of riding.

If anything makes the HeatWave different from other riding clubs is that we try to put more emphasis on the "club" aspect of being a riding club. We're all about the riding, but limit our membership to those who see eye to eye with our unique philosophy of motorcycle riding.

If you're a rider that just loves to ride, and ride, and ride... and you'd like to share that passion with others, hook up with us and see if our group is what you're looking for.
